Parisa is the primary leader responsible for Parymon Corp’s vision, mission, and strategic direction. As owner and co-founder, she has made the company into one that consistently exceeds client’s expectations.
She specializes in human health, public relations, and personnel management. Parisa cultivates trusting, long-lasting relationships with clients to develop an in-depth understanding of their needs.
With a doctorate in pharmacy and professional background in drug safety, research, and compliance, Parisa prioritizes creating benefits for people. She inspires those around her to think big-picture and to effect positive change in the world.

Behzad Hadaegh

A Parymon Corp founding associate, Behzad has cultivated business acumen and technical knowledge to support clients across multiple arenas. He has decades of experience in government and commercial sectors in the U.S. and abroad.
Behzad is a people-person, developing trusted, long-term professional relationships. His clients come back to him repeatedly to tackle complex challenges together.
Behzad is an expert in federal contract administration. Formerly Chief Operating Officer at IBSS Corp, he grew IBSS into a reliable, multi-sectoral business and attained multiple Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract awards.
Prior employment: IBSS Corp; other management positions in government contracting and the wireless telecom industry
