Attending a “CEO Accelerator” course

Last week, Behzad Hadaegh and I attended a four-day immersive education session for CEOs and other business executives hosted by the Maryland Small Business Development Center and the Silver Spring Innovation Center.

The "CEO Accelerator," led by experienced facilitator Russell C. Teter III, helped us at Parymon Corp to develop strategies to better focus on customer needs, build an accountable, collaborative team, improve our operating procedures, and more.

We met a number of other like-minded local business leaders with whom we explored ways that we can help our clients to take their work to the next level. Stay tuned: we hope to share a few key lessons about what we learned soon.
