Parymon Corp Awarded NOAA Fisheries SWFSC Contract to Support Administrative, Business, and Operational Services
Parymon Corp is proud to announce a new contract award with NOAA Fisheries’ Southwest Fisheries Science Center. Through this effort, Parymon will deliver comprehensive administrative, business, and operational support services to the Operations Management and Information Technology Division (OMID) and Fisheries Resources Division (FRD).

Under this contract, Parymon will provide integrated support across administrative operations, business functions, and program coordination, including:
Administrative and Executive Support
Parymon will provide day-to-day administrative support to NOAA leadership and staff, including scheduling, correspondence, document preparation, records management, and coordination of meetings and events. This includes secretariat support for international scientific committees and collaboration with stakeholders across multiple organizations.
Travel and Logistics Coordination
The team will manage domestic and international travel processes, including travel authorizations, vouchers, logistics planning, and coordination with federal systems and requirements. This support ensures seamless participation in scientific meetings, conferences, and international collaborations.
Business and Financial Operations Support
Parymon will support contract administration, budget tracking, procurement coordination, and invoice management. This includes maintaining financial records, supporting acquisition processes, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations and reporting requirements.
Editorial and Technical Documentation Support
Parymon will provide editorial services for scientific and technical materials, including editing, formatting, and preparing manuscripts, reports, and publications. This work supports the dissemination of high-quality scientific information to stakeholders and the broader research community.
Facilities, Personnel, and Operational Support
The team will assist with personnel coordination, visitor management, property tracking, and facility and safety support. Parymon will also help maintain operational systems, databases, and internal processes that ensure efficient day-to-day operations across SWFSC divisions.
Program Coordination and Process Improvement
Parymon will support program tracking, reporting, and workflow management while identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes, enhance efficiency, and strengthen organizational performance.
Parymon is honored to support NOAA Fisheries and the Southwest Fisheries Science Center in enabling the operational backbone that drives scientific research, international collaboration, and sustainable fisheries management. Through this work, we will help ensure that critical science and programs are supported by efficient, reliable, and well-coordinated administrative systems.
