We are excited to soon help the FHFA Division of Enterprise Regulation (DER) with developing Project Management Standard Operating Procedures.

The goal of this effort is to create procedures that document the framework for project management functions within DER. These procedures will promote consistency and transparency. They will establish best practices to help DER achieve its project management goals and improve internal DER portals.
