FHFA Office of Equal Opportunity and Fairness

We are honored to have been selected to assist the FHFA Office of Equal Opportunity and Fairness (OEOF) in analyzing workforce demographic data and other human capital data.

This analysis is crucial for responding to discovery requests, interrogatories, Congressional inquiries, and barrier analyses under Management Directive 715 (MD-715) of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). 

Additionally, we will help FHFA with their Affirmative Employment goals of the EEOC and provide demographic data for various audiences, including Congress, FHFA leaders and staff, and the general public.

Our dedicated Parymon staff will carefully gather and analyze the necessary data to fulfill these requirements and support FHFA in achieving their Affirmative Employment goals.
