Parymon Corp Awarded NOAA Office of Oceanic and Atmospheric Research Budget and Financial Support Services Contract

Parymon Corp is proud to announce a new contract award supporting the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Office of Oceanic and Atmospheric Research (OAR). Under this contract, Parymon will provide budget and financial support services to four OAR organizations: the Atlantic Oceanographic and Meteorological Laboratory (AOML), Great Lakes Environmental Research Laboratory (GLERL), Pacific Marine Environmental Laboratory (PMEL), and Information Technology Management Office (ITMO).

Through this effort, Parymon will support the administrative teams responsible for managing financial activities, budget execution, reimbursable agreements, and related financial administration across NOAA research organizations in Miami, Ann Arbor, Seattle, and Silver Spring.

Parymon's support will encompass a broad range of budget and financial management activities, including:

Budget Execution and Analysis
Parymon will extract, compile, and analyze financial data; prepare spreadsheet reports and senior-management budget briefings; monitor program planning and performance; and support analysis of project proposals and budget changes.

Reimbursable Funds and Invoicing Support
Parymon will monitor Memoranda of Understanding and Reimbursable Agreements, review agreement packages, support timely distribution to sponsors, and validate monthly spending. The team will also identify financial anomalies and support accurate accounting across cloud service accounts, including Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.

Proposal and Financial Planning Support
Parymon will work with Principal Investigators to develop proposal budgets, labor estimates, and charging plans; track funded accounts and transfers; monitor spending; and support Budget Operating Plans following award funding.

Accounting, Reconciliation, and Forecasting
Parymon will maintain and reconcile financial records, review invoices and statements, resolve discrepancies, prepare spend-plan analyses, and use historical data to support forecasts of future budgetary needs.

Budget Formulation and Task Order Management
Parymon will support formal budget submissions through preparation of narratives, exhibits, and questions and answers, while also monitoring task order requirements, milestones, travel, meetings, reporting, and ad hoc data requests.
