Parymon Corp Awarded NOAA OMAO Senior Engineering Support Task Order for Aircraft Acquisition Programs

Parymon Corp has been awarded a new task order to provide senior engineering and technical support to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations (OMAO), Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) – Aircraft Acquisition Program Management Office (PMO). Through this effort, Parymon will support NOAA’s aviation acquisition programs, engineering activities, and aircraft lifecycle management initiatives.

NOAA’s PAE Aircraft Platforms PMO oversees aviation-related acquisitions to replace, upgrade, and retire NOAA’s aircraft assets. These responsibilities include the acquisition, missionization, and fielding of the Lockheed Martin C-130J and Gulfstream G550, as well as ongoing engineering, configuration management, and logistics support for NOAA’s existing aircraft fleet. Parymon’s support will help advance these complex aviation programs through engineering expertise, technical coordination, and program management assistance.

Senior Engineering & Systems Integration

Parymon will provide senior engineering expertise to support requirements analysis, systems design, engineering development, systems integration, testing and evaluation, and validation of aircraft design and airworthiness. Support will also encompass configuration management, aircraft modifications, obsolescence management, and sustainment activities across NOAA’s acquisition and engineering programs.

Aircraft Acquisition & Lifecycle Management

Parymon will assist the Aircraft Platforms PMO throughout NOAA’s acquisition lifecycle, supporting the research, development, delivery, and sustainment of aircraft and associated assets. This work includes technical management, engineering coordination, business support, integrated logistics support, and acquisition lifecycle documentation to help align program activities and requirements.

Risk Management & Program Analysis

Parymon will support the identification and documentation of program risks associated with planning, development, and deployment activities. Additional support will include financial and cost analysis, schedule development and analysis, and coordination of program reviews and technical working sessions to help inform program decisions and track progress.

Technical Coordination & Documentation Support

Parymon will support Program Office meetings, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), and working groups through meeting coordination, facilitation, preparation of supporting materials, and follow-up documentation. The team will also assist with document reviews and routing, correspondence tracking, workflow diagrams, organizational charts, schedules, reports, and briefings.

Through this award, Parymon Corp will contribute senior engineering and program support capabilities to NOAA OMAO’s aviation mission, helping the Aircraft Platforms PMO coordinate complex acquisition efforts and manage aircraft engineering and sustainment activities across the aircraft lifecycle.
