Senior Program & Acquisition Lifecycle Management

Parymon will provide senior-level program management support across the aircraft acquisition lifecycle, assisting with strategic planning, requirements analysis, program coordination, and implementation. This support will encompass activities related to aircraft research, development, delivery, operational readiness, maintenance, and long-term sustainment.

Budget, Financial & Production Oversight

Parymon will assist with budget formulation and execution, financial and cost analysis, acquisition and contract management, and production and modification oversight. Additional support may include cost estimating, earned value management, predictive analysis, availability management, and coordination of program activities to support informed decision-making throughout the acquisition lifecycle.

Risk Management & Program Performance

Parymon will support the identification and documentation of risks associated with program planning, development, and deployment. Through program analysis, schedule development, and coordination with PMO personnel and stakeholders, Parymon will help support program oversight and the tracking of key activities and milestones.

Integrated Logistics & Fleet Sustainment

Parymon will support integrated logistics and lifecycle management activities associated with NOAA’s aircraft programs. This includes coordination of maintenance, repair, supplies, engineering-related logistics, fleet introduction, configuration management, and other activities that support aircraft operations and long-term fleet sustainment.
